QPRC will be starting an Expression of Interest (EOI) process in 2027. It seemed to work well for swimming carnivals and there have been multiple requests to book in the last week of school for the year already.

Please note that this is an EOI process and bookings need to be confirmed. We request that this information is received by the end of June. We will look to communicate with schools of confirmed dates in early July and work through any clashes.

We can touch base closer to the fun days on kiosk and lifeguard requirements etc. closer to the date. We are just looking at locking in dates for the time being.

We are looking at putting forward a fee of $175 for the Queanbeyan outdoor pool per hour and we would not need your numbers. We think that this would make it easier for planning for us and you but the proposal still needs to be approved by Council. There may be additional charges apply if you wanted to use other areas of the venue like the Splash Park.
